Buyers Products Bolt-On D-Ring Kit is forged from C-1045 steel and includes mounting bracket. Four-bolt plate helps spread “pull” force to multiple anchor points. Its bolt-on design means you don’t have to weld, so it’s great for flat surfaces where welding is not an option. Versatile uses across many applications; common uses are for Flatbed Trailers cargo management. Strong forged steel construction with a corrosion-resistant black powder-coated finish.
